Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at BlueQuo, you will orchestrate strategic hiring initiatives and spearhead Operational Excellence across international markets. This role is designed for a leader who bridges the gap between senior client partnership and project management, ensuring our recruitment engine is both agile and scalable.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions, manage complex multi-country projects, and contribute to developing best practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the talent team.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Recruitment and Client Partnership

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, executive, and leadership roles across international regions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals.

  • Design and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies that support scaling and long-term talent sustainability

Stakeholder Management and Talent Advisory

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Provide consultative support on organizational design, leadership hiring, and talent planning.

  • Ensure consistent communication and reporting to maintain visibility and alignment on all active projects.

Project Leadership and Delivery

  • Manage and coordinate multi-country recruitment projects, including client expansions into new markets.

  • Oversee project timelines, delivery plans, and stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Delivery Teams to align resources and maintain operational excellence

Data-Driven and Process Optimization

  • Use ATS and recruitment analytics to track KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Lead initiatives to improve diversity hiring, process efficiency, and recruiter enablement.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to innovate through technology, AI tools, and market intelligence.

    Mentoring and Best Practices

  • Coach and support team members, fostering continuous learning and performance improvement.

  • Share recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and client management strategies to enhance overall team efficiency and quality.

  • Contribute to developing recruitment playbooks, process optimization, and internal enablement initiatives.


Job requirements

Hard Skills / Must Have

  • 6+ years in full-cycle international recruitment for senior/leadership positions.

  • Experience managing multi-country projects or new market launches.

  • Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools).

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and DEI strategies.

  • Experience mentoring or leading recruiters.

  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, DEI initiatives, and employer branding campaigns.

  • Passion for innovation in talent acquisition, AI, and automation tools.

  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution: you can design the plan and roll up your sleeves to deliver it.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior leaders.

  • Fluent in English (C1+); other European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Dutch) are a plus.

  • Project management skills for complex recruitment initiatives.
